Relax and explore your inner world

Last night's class Magical Journey Inward was such a fun class to teach! 

Through a series of relaxing, meditative exercises, my students had the opportunity to voyage inside their own bodies and glean information about the innerworkings and concentrate healing thought and intention to various concerns.

With each successive exercise, I noticed the students entered more and more easily into a state of Relaxation.  They were calm and the stress of the day dropped away.  We kept going deeper and deeper. 

They reported having greater understanding of their bodies and energy patterns.  Certain spaces inside of them were no longer mysteries.

Exploring your inner world is wonderful way to gain a greater understanding of your Self!
