Confused spirits

First of all, let me say that my husband's mother is a wonderful woman and I truly enjoy being her daughter-in-law. She is an intelligient and kind person who we wouldn't want to do without. Second, my mother-in-law has two sons. And according to my husband, she confuses her memories of the two boys. After she tells a story about one of the boys, my husband frequently says, "I did that, not him!" Or "HE did that, not me!" One day, after one such occurrence, my husband asked me, "after my Mom passes into Spirit, will she come into a reading still confusing me and my brother?" This got me thinking about how it would be possible during a reading for a person in Spirit to confuse their memories of people or events they experienced during their lifetime. After all, there have been the rare occasions when a loved one in Spirit has attributed something to my client and the client will say, "that happened to my sister/brother." When that hap

Responding to God

"After centuries of knowing God through faith, we are now ready to understand divine intelligience directly." ~ Deepak Chopra In fact, Divine Intelligience is being revealed in all of the moments of our lives.  Whether we experience a flash of ecstasy, restful awareness, intuition, unity, or a fight or flight response, we are experiencing God.  Some examples of God experiences are: In the midst of danger, you feel suddenly cared for and protected. You deeply fear a crisis in your personal life, but when it comes, you experience a sudden calmness. A stranger makes you feel a sudden rush of love. An infant or young child looks into your eyes, and for a moment you believe that an old soul is looking at you. In the presence of death, you feel the passing of wings. Looking at the sky, you have a sense of infinite space. A stunning glimpse of beauty makes you forget for a second who you are. No doubt you have experienced some, if not all, of the above examples.  And ac

Q: I don't personally know anyone who has passed over

Q:  Hi Willa, I have never known a personal friend or family member to pass over. Would spirit guides and other higher spirits come forward instead or would no messages be delivered? Please post to your blog. Respectfully, Tia A:  Thank you for your question, Tia.  Because I am a Medium , the focus of a mediumship reading is spirit contact with family and friends who have passed.  I tend not to purposely connect with a client's spirit guides because that is not the focus of a mediumship reading and is not (usually) verifiable by the client.  So I have two questions for you: Why would you book a mediumship reading?  What kind of information are you seeking? If you want to connect with loved ones in spirit, schedule with a Medium (such as myself).  See my blogposts on The 3 Main Constants in a Mediumship Reading  and Your Job during a Mediumship Reading  for more info.  If you don't want spirit contact with loved ones who have passed, please do not schedule a Mediumship Read
